Partnering with CIO means your properties will be accessible to thousands of travel agents worldwide. Our live booking portal will be the only one on the market, as no other resource currently exists in the travel agent industry. This is a brand new resource for agents to use and they are excited! Similar companies such as Air BnB only offer properties for consumers, not for travel agents. In fact, agents are often suggested to avoid these companies as they aren’t very reliable and customer service is nonexistent. Agents are currently very limited to commissionable properties and often times have to turn away clients because resources are not available. Agencies are extremely eager to be working with CIO and we couldn’t be happier!    

Many of your companies may already offer a travel agent commission or net rate, but are you attracting that market directly? Integrating with CIO will allow for your properties to be seen by this market without having to advertise anywhere else. And since our portal is free to partner with, there is no risk involved whatsoever on your end. In fact, you’d be missing out if you didn’t at least try. In order to spread the work about our new agent resource, we plan on taking our marketing efforts directly to the faces of travel agents by attending seminars and conferences nation wide, along with live webinars and other online marketing techniques.

But we need your help. As a supplier of villas and vacation homes, we want you to partner with us as well. Our integrations currently allow for three types of property uploads: “Live” Properties (also known as API Integration), “On Request” Properties, and “Inquire for Rates” Properties. Each of these options offer different solutions, but the easiest and most efficient option is API Integration for the “Live” Properties. If your company already offers this technique, this process will be very simple. If your company does not offer API Integration, but are still interested in partnering with us, we are eager to chat!

The best part about integrating with CIO is there are no monthly fees, no booking fees, or service fees like many other websites. All we require is a reasonable commission or a wholesale rate in return. Typically, CIO will partner with properties offering at least a 10% commission, however any rate will be considered. The vision of CIO starts with developing these contracts with suppliers like you. Once the contracts are in place, the turnaround time for live bookings may take up to 3 weeks depending on difficulty of implementation.
